Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Import Risks from Deltek PPM

Import a risk register from Deltek PPM to connect an Acumen project with a Deltek PPM project.

Note: You will have to connect to Deltek PPM in the Deltek Acumen Options dialog box to enable the Deltek PPM option.

To import risks from Deltek PPM, complete the following:

  1. Select the S3 // Risk tab.
  2. In the Import / Publish group, click Deltek PPM.
  3. Select Import Risks from Deltek PPM.
  4. Select a Deltek PPM project from the Connect Deltek PPM Project dialog box.
  5. Click Link.
  6. In the Please Select Risks To Import dialog box, select or clear the corresponding checkboxes of the risks you want to import.
  7. Click OK.
    After you have successfully linked a Deltek PPM project to an Acumen project, an "R" icon will display next to the project in the Risk Register tree.
